Laboratory investigations have been completed on 50 soil samples collected from 19 locations in the Taylor Valley region, in Garwood Valley, on The Bulwark, and peripheral to the Hobbs and Walcott Glaciers in southern Victoria Land. Simple statistical analysis of soil properties indicates that many of the soil properties are interrelated and suggests a number of processes that have affected the soils.
